ProAI is an international marketing agency with a 10-person team from 3 countries. We specialize in web design, performance marketing, and digital lead generation. Our mission: help businesses increase visibility and generate more leads online.
We’re currently looking for a sales talent (m/f/d) who can manage the entire sales process – from first contact to deal closing.
Your Responsibilities
- You take full ownership of the sales process: from lead outreach and discovery calls to quoting and closing.
- You conduct sales calls and identify the right solutions from our service portfolio.
- You proactively generate leads and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- You create proposals, handle negotiations, and finalize contracts.
- You maintain long-term client relationships and coordinate with the project team after closing.
- You manage all sales activities in our CRM system.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in sales – ideally in a digital agency or marketing environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, professional demeanor and independent work style
- Strong closing mindset and self-motivation
- Fluent in German, solid English skills are a plus
- Comfortable with digital tools & CRM software
